Senior UX Manager

Job Description:

Fincons Group is seeking a Senior UX Manager to join our team in Culver City. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and product specialists to design and develop a strategic sales planning system. The ideal candidate will have experience in UX design and a strong ability to create intuitive, data-rich applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user experiences for enterprise applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
• Analyze user feedback and usage data to improve platform experiences.
• Champion human-centered design methodologies.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of UX design experience.
• Strong background in designing data-rich applications.
• Proficiency in user research and usability testing.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the media industry, post-production, or marketing.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and B2B platforms.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
