Job Description:
Fincons Group is seeking a Senior UX Manager to join our team in Culver City. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and product specialists to design and develop a strategic sales planning system. The ideal candidate will have experience in UX design and a strong ability to create intuitive, data-rich applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user experiences for enterprise applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
- Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to improve platform experiences.
- Champion human-centered design methodologies.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of UX design experience.
- Strong background in designing data-rich applications.
- Proficiency in user research and usability testing.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the media industry, post-production, or marketing.
- Knowledge of enterprise applications and B2B platforms.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
