Director, Product Consultant

Job Description:

Fincons Group is looking for a Director of Product to lead our Platform Experience (PX) team. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, enhance client experiences, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver successful digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap.
• Launch features that improve user experience and product discovery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategies.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and data to guide product development.
• Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Provide insights to optimize B2B marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in technology or business-related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years of experience launching digital products.
• Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the media and entertainment industry.
• Proven ability to lead and innovate in product development.
• Familiarity with mobile and multi-platform products.
