Job Overview:
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work closely with our software development team to design, implement, and maintain software applications. You will contribute to the development of both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals passionate about software development and eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze technical requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or others.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in coding standards.
- Work on both front-end and back-end tasks, including developing APIs and working with databases.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in software development or related roles (internships or project work considered).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Angular) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Spring, Django).
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git).
